7 Tables is a reservation-only, chef-led fine dining restaurant in Bentota, Sri Lanka, created for guests who appreciate exceptional food, calm atmosphere, and intentional dining.
Led by Chef T. C. Aruna de Silva, with over 30 years of international culinary experience, our cuisine blends Japanese precision, Italian finesse, and the finest Sri Lankan seafood and local ingredients.
The menu changes with what is fresh and available — from sushi and sashimi by pre-order to fresh local fish, sous-vide seafood and meats, pasta, and selected smoked meat specialties.
Each dish is prepared individually, in limited quantity, with focus on balance, quality, and flavor.
Reservations are essential. Pre-orders are strongly recommended, especially for sushi, sashimi, smoked meats, and premium cuts.
7 Tables is not a restaurant you simply walk into — it is something you choose.
With only a few tables each evening, everything is prepared fresh, individually, and with intention.
There is no rush, no standard menu, and no mass production — just time, attention, and a personal connection to what is served.
Guests often arrive curious — and leave surprised by how different dining can feel.

7 Tables is located inside Red Coconut Villa in Bentota, on the land side of Galle Road.
Coming from Bentota on Galle Road, turn left just before the railway crossing. Keep right and continue for about 50 meters until you see the red gate of Red Coconut Villa.
